Whether you are feeling anxious about starting solids, worried about timings, textures, sleep or anything in between, I am excited to pass on my knowledge and enthusiasm to help you confidently create a great association with food for your little one. Just like I did with all the little one’s on this page, who all joined my last Weaning Club.
Why choose Weaning Club?
Weaning isn’t just about getting your baby to eat vegetables. It’s a complex process that can benefit your baby’s whole health and wellbeing. The first 6 months of weaning can set a path where your baby develops a positive relationship with food, avoiding fussiness, benefit sleep and overall neuromuscular development.
Despite all this it doesn’t need to be complicated. With the right information and support this can be an exciting transition and one that you and your baby can enjoy. In fact, that’s the one thing that will make the biggest difference to your baby’s journey onto solids – you being relaxed and enjoying the process. That’s why I’ve created Weaning Club to show you how!
Drawing on my 20 years of experience as a paediatric nurse, nutritional therapist, weaning and sleep expert, I’ll pass on my knowledge, in an easy to follow format, to you so that you can relax and know how to help your baby wean well.
The information will be delivered month by month, so as not to overwhelm you, in each live session I will pass on my knowledge, recipes, routines and support you through the process. You’ll have a community of parents all on the same journey so that you can support each other.
The outcome? A solution that suits your family and confidence for you as a parent.
How Weaning Club works.

Hi, I'm Hannah
I’ve spent the last 25 years helping families with their babies and children.
In my twenties I completed three university courses – in Paediatric Nursing, Nutritional Therapy and Cranial Sacral Therapy, whilst traveling the world nannying for pro golfers.
After qualifying I worked as the Principle Paediatric Nutritional Therapist for the National Nutrition Clinic and set up Government Led Sure Start Children’s Centres where I took sessions in Paediatric Nutrition, Weaning onto Solids, Cookery Classes for Making Baby food and many other sessions.
In my thirties I raised my own 3 children (Oliver born in 2008, Ella in 2012 and Henry in 2015), founded and grew my new parenting business.
Through Sleep Well with Hannah, I’ve brought together all my experience and training to help hundreds of other families learn to juggle family life and, most importantly, sleep and eat well.

I see myself as more than a sleep specialist – my deep knowledge in babies and children is what makes families feel confident in my hands, and is what makes my programmes, talks and courses work.
Through my CALM (Consistent, Achievable, Loving and Manageable®) approach to parenting I not only teach parents how to manage their baby’s feeding, weaning, nutrition, behaviour, and sleep. I also teach confidence and how to enjoy juggling life with a baby. My greatest achievement is bringing many families out of anxious, sleepless places to enjoying day to day life with their happy, sleeping and thriving baby.
I’ve helped thousands of families on their sleeping and weaning journey’s through my gentle approach and I’d love to help you too.
